RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Exchange and return of the goods of proper quality are made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Exchange and return of goods are made if the specified goods were not in use, its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, and also, if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.

Swimwear cannot be returned and can not be exchanged.

We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were delivered to our warehouse after the 14-day period, or if the goods to be returned are received with visible signs of use.

The rules for the return of goods purchased in the Dafna May online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Shipping fees for return or exchange goods are under customer responsibility, furthermore, customers outside Ukraine are responsible for taxes and duties.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Dafna May garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

REFUNDS

After receiving a refund and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we will refund your money.

Money is refunded in the same way as you paid for the order.

Please note that when paying with a bank card, the repayment period depends on the policy of the institution that issued the card
